We work in compliance with the LGPD, valuing the privacy of our guests and customers. When dealing with reservations made, it is essential that the customer informs the hotel confirmation number to guarantee the legitimacy of access to reservation information and respect for the confidentiality of our guests and customers.

Additional information

Our establishment is focused on the theme of wine. All areas are exclusively for adults, with alcoholic beverages served at all times. The wine, gastronomy and wine therapy experiences that we offer are not suitable for children, and our accommodations, outdoor areas, access and equipment are for the exclusive use of those over 15 years of age. Within the private sector, it must be made clear which areas are exclusively for adults, so we are transparent in informing that we do not have attractions for children, nor do we have monitoring or infrastructure to meet the demand for reservations with children, especially when their parents are involved in the experiences offered by the establishment.

Therefore, to provide experiences for adults, and also for children - who deserve all the support and attention they need - we respectfully clarify our target audience, since we are not a resort, but rather a hospitality and gastronomy enterprise within a wine condominium.
