The hotel is located in the heart of Vale dos Vinhedos, an idyllic retreat that is now home to the most renowned wineries in Brazil.
The mild climate in each season renews the lush landscape of Serra Gaúcha and allows us to relive the ancient traditions of the Italian immigrants who colonized the Valley from 1875 onwards.
A unique sensory experience, lived in environments full of peace and serenity. The entire wine tourism complex at Spa do Vinho was designed to pay homage to the culture of wine, not only as a drink or food, but as a legitimate “cultural expression”.

With over 700 labels, 3 different temperature settings, a tasting room, a cellar and a store with a capacity for 40,000 bottles, this is currently considered the largest hotel wine cellar in the country. A unique opportunity for collectors and wine lovers is to taste the exclusive Merlot “VE”, the premium wine produced from the complex’s own vineyards, made only in excellent vintages.
To complement the many tasting options, we have 5 dining areas, each offering a different experience. At Leopoldina Restaurant, we offer signature menus paired with wonderful Brazilian wines. The cuisine of our terroir is served at the charming Bistro with an à la carte menu. There are sunsets and grills at Esplanada Gaúcha, with panoramic views of Vale dos Vinhedos.
In Gastro. Bar, we offer light and tasty meals at poolside events. And to enjoy a glass of any label from our award-winning menu, we recommend Enoteca Vino.Libris.

At the exclusive VINO.SPA, health and beauty come through the fruit of the vine. Pure, mineralized waters, coming from the hotel's own spring, are the main asset to provide an experience of deep relaxation, health and well-being. True wine therapy, which restores the body and relaxes the mind.
Through exclusive protocols and products, the Spa offers individual therapies or personalized rituals according to the needs and desires of each client.
There are more than 25 exclusive therapies and the possibility of personalized packages. Vino.Spa also has its own line of cosmetics made from the purest grape seed oil.
Good reasons to visit the Wine Spa
* Paid parking for visitors. For guests, parking is included in the daily rate.
** Small pets (that can be carried in your arms) can be accommodated on the covered balconies of the Régia Suites, for an additional R$120.00 per night + 10% service charge. Among the amenities provided at the Wine Spa to accommodate them are small bottles of water and sanitary towels. Pets must only be carried in the hotel's internal areas, and access to the food areas is prohibited. Pets are allowed in outdoor areas, except in food areas (such as the outdoor pool area, for example, where the GastroBar is located). Limit of 1 pet per Suite.
***Adolescents aged 15 and over are allowed to stay. All areas are exclusively for adults, with alcoholic beverages served at all times. The wine, gastronomy and wine therapy experiences we offer are not suitable for children, and our accommodations, outdoor areas, access and equipment are for the exclusive use of those aged 15 and over. We do not have attractions for children, nor do we have monitoring or infrastructure to meet the demand for reservations with children, especially when their parents are involved in the experiences offered by the establishment.
